I was raised in Pensacola, FL since I was 6 years old.  I love Pensacola especially the beach! Some of my hobbies are spending time with my family, reading, shopping, going to the beach and watching football.  I always root for the New Orleans Saints. Who Dat!

 

This will be my 11th year as a  VPK teacher. I graduated from the University of Florida witha B.A. in Elementary Education.  I received my Professional Teaching Certificate in 2009.  I also have endorsements in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) and  in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).

 

As a teacher, my goal is to inspire a life-long love of learning in my students.  I know that not all students love school, so I try to make it exciting.  One of my favorite ways to hook kids on school is to give them opportunities for movement and song. We wiggle, we sing, we dance, and most of all we learn. 

 

I am looking forward to all the learning that will take place this year!
